is set in a heavily wooded area on Summersville Lake and

Both properties
are within a very short drive to the New River, the New River
Gorge Bridge, rock
climbing,
mountain
biking,
hunting,
history,
horseback
riding ,
whitewater
rafting,
and fantastic photo
opportunities.

and shopping is a short drive away in nearby Summersville,
Fayetteville, and Beckley.
